Once proven, we work with you to identify a strategy, timeline, and infrastructure necessary to achieve the desired goal. With a plan in place we collaboratively manage the campaign from start to finish. We bring context and experience from a variety of successful campaigns.

Our experience is rooted in executive roles where we were accountable for both the mission and the bottom-line. 

Strategic planning shapes operational and market planning. Numerous times for clients and in our own leadership roles we have pulled teams together to craft a strategic plan that accounts for all the stakeholders.

Leadership is earned when followers give the leader the moral authority to lead.  Trust is at the heart of the gift and must continuously be earned. Having been leaders of complex organizatons we know what leadership looks and behaves like.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES & RETREAT PLANNING

Retreats are proven methods of team building, sharing knowledge, communication and planning for the near and long term future of the organization. They range from blue-sky to crisis focused  to internal operational and market planning. Oftentimes they generate the need for feasibililty studies to further study and learn from the internal stakeholders and processes, the market, and the community.
